Thank you to our PVS faculty, staff and families, as well as our extended Waldorf & PPS community, for attending Dr Bryant Marks' recent Implicit Bias Training. We are so grateful to have spent the evening listening to Dr Marks walk us through his presentation to help recognize bias and learn how we can better uplift & support the education & success of students of color.
PVS hosted this event and invited local private Waldorf schools, Oregon charter schools, and Portland Public School Multiple Pathways partners to attend. We hope to continue bringing excellent speakers to our community and welcome the opportunity for continued dialogue on this and other critical topics surrounding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
