Important Directions for School Picture Days:
We are offering beautiful school portraits with Holland Studio this year! Photographs will be taken outside on our PVS campus.
These student portraits will appear in our school yearbook and be used in our internal Front Office Synergy student ID system for PPS. Families can take advantage of flexible online print order options and varying package levels. There is no obligation to purchase prints or print packages.
Group Photo: If all students are photographed, we will be able to offer a group montage image for each class.
Schedule: In order to control the flow of students and traffic, please stick to the photo schedule as best you can. No child will be turned away if they show up at a time that is not designated to them. We hope that all PVS students will be able to participate.
Siblings: If you are a family with siblings, please bring all of your children at one time during one of your student’s allotted grade time slots that best works for your group.
Distance Photo Process: Please drive into the PVS parking lot and follow parking directions by the attendant. All students and families are asked to remain in their car until it is their turn to be photographed. You will be instructed when it is your family’s turn to approach the photo check-in table.
A volunteer will signal it is your turn to exit your car. You will be health screened, hands sanitized, and then directed to the photography table. After checking in you may proceed to the outdoor space for a portrait. A volunteer will be available to escort your child through the process. If your child is able to navigate these steps alone, we encourage that independence. We want your child to feel safe and comfortable. If a parent or guardian needs to escort their child to the photo table, please limit your party to one adult.
Please promptly return to your car after your portrait session.
Mask Requirement: Masks are required on all adults and children in the portrait area. Children who are being photographed can remove their mask in the portrait area.
Ordering: Pre-order forms are not available. Print packages will be purchased online and shipped to your home. Directions to access the image gallery and online orders will be shared via all-school and classroom group emails.
We are committed to bringing your child and your family this yearly tradition because we know how important it is. We are so excited to be able to offer you school portraits during this unusual year. Thank you for your patience and the extra effort your family must extend to make it happen.
