Rebecca Cloud

Rebecca Cloud, our Office Assistant & Records Manager, has worked at Portland Village School since the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year.  Miss Cloud, who is originally from New Orleans, graduated from Lewis & Clark College in May 2010 with a degree in Foreign Languages & Literatures (Russian/French) where she was actively involved in campus life.  In Fall 2012, Miss Cloud will begin work on a Masters of Library & Information Sciences. In her spare time, Miss Cloud enjoys cooking, reading, tea, volunteering at the library, and hiking.

Tracy Rimel

Tracy Rimel is the Business Manager at PVS. If you have questions about the school lunch program, extended day kindergarten, field trip or program scholarships please contact her at trimel@portlandvillageschool.org or ext. 124. Tracy has a degree in Economics and an extensive background in accounting and finance. She has been with the school since the start-up grant phase in 2005.

Rebeckah Castillo

"Miss Rebeckah", as she is fondly dubbed by the students and community, was born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. While growing up she spent most her free time alpine ski racing during the winter months and running during the other three seasons. As a young adult, after earning a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts, Speech and Film, Miss Rebeckah moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she carved out a career in sales and management.  During that time Miss Rebeckah started a family, having two sons, Max and Miles,both of whom attend Portland Village School.

Jackie J Jaffe

Jackie J Jaffe started with the school as Vice-Principal in 2007 and became our Principal in 2008. She is a licensed public school administrator and has experience as a SUN program coordinator at the Harold Oliver Primary School in the Centennial school district. She has taught in private, public, and charter elementary schools (grades 1, 2, 4 and 5). She holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and a BA in Fine Arts (Photography) from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
