JANUARY

  • Begin collecting donations from PVS & Portland Community.  Please see bulletin board to the left of Front Office with forms & instructions.  Donor letter can be printed here.

FEBRUARY

  • Tuesday February 9th, 9:00-10:00 Auction Committee Meeting

 

MARCH

  • Monday March 1st Deadline for all donated items to be brought to school, submitted
  • March 5th-Online Ticket Sales Available for purchase
  • Tueday March 9th, 9:00-10:00 Auction Committee Meeting

 

APRIL

  • 5th-16th Ticket Sales Begin in Hallway-no other fundraisers at this time
  • Tuesday April 13th 9:00-10:00 Auction Committee Meeting
  • Week of Event: Auction Committee Meets on Site TBD
  • Common Roots!  Saturday, April 24th
