Application Process for the 2008 - 2009 School Year

The first phase of enrollment for the 08/09 school year is now completed. All next year's K-5 classes are fully enrolled. We are accepting applications for students entering 1-5 who wish to be placed on a waiting list. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis (see below).

We are not accepting any more applications for students entering kindergarten in 08/09 as we already have a waiting list of over 100 children for our kindergarten classes.

In order to ensure that students and parent/guardians understand the unique program that the Portland Village School offers, and are supportive of the educational philosophy and learning environment, applicants are required to complete the following two forms:

1. Portland Village School enrollment application.
2. Statement of understanding regarding Portland Village School policies.

Both documents are available below. Once you have completed both forms and mailed in your application and statement of understanding, you will have applied to enroll your child(ren) at the Portland Village School and your child will be place on a waiting list. This list is built on a first-come-first serve basis. We will notify you if a space becomes available for your child.

Application Process for the 2009 - 2010 School Year:

We are not accepting applications for the 09/10 school year at this time. Please check back in December of '08 for the application and enrollment proceedures for the 09/10 year.
