About The Class

Enter the virtuosic world of clowning, tumbling, acrobatics, storytelling, object manipulation and partner balancing acts. Throughout this fun and exciting workshop series we will work on developing motor and coordination skills, kinesthetic awareness, basic tumbling, creative movement and games as we bravely enter the world of clowns, tumble the roads of acrobats and unlock the potential of creative circus in a safe and joyous way.

About The Teacher

Marina Karadjieva started teaching circus skills to her friends and their kids sometime in 2003 while being an active performer. She loved sharing her passion and knowledge with others. Over the years Marina has taught circus, aerial arts, gymnastics, creative movement and yoga to kids around the world. Utilizing hands-on educational and artistic processes, Marina directly empowers youth with creative talent and skills while fostering self-confidence, non-violence, discipline, self-respect, leadership and community awareness. Marina believes in the importance of providing a safe, fun and encouraging environment with a small teacher-student ratio.

Parkour is the art of dynamic sustainable movement with obstacles. Train your body and mind to easily overcome obstacles in creative and fun ways with PK veteran certified instructor, Coach Noah! Develop proper techniques to ensure safety and longevity while fluidly adapting one's movements to the environment. Our focus is always on safety, learning one's boundaries, self improvement and creativity. Every class will consist of a warm-up/stretching, physical conditioning/drills, and skill training.  Classes are tailored to students' abilities to help them grow through intense noncompetitive activity, while encouraging positive collaboration, creative movement, and respect for all people and places.
